Pregnancy is a magical time. It is a time when your child is completely dependent on you. It is a time of growth and change in so many dimensions. It is also a time that may seem unending at times but is all too often over before you know it. Preserve this magical time in your life and in your child’s with a Lady in Waiting Maternity portrait session. Not only is this a portrait of you but it is truly the first portrait of your child. It is a memory that you can grant your child that they would not have otherwise.

Lady in Waiting Sessions are most often done in studio but can be done on location if desired. These sessions are sensitive and tasteful, capturing the magic of new life and delicate dependence. Fathers and other children are more than welcome at these sessions. It is recommended that someone be available to watch other children so that you and your partner may relax and enjoy the session.
